When I came back to my room at 11:30 PM and took a shower, the bathroom sink backed up with black, smelly water! I called customer service and was told they would send up maintenance right away. Check-in was fine, we got our rooms and went down to the casino. We booked three (3) rooms on the same floor for a birthday party.
1/5 So disappointed in the customer service we received from guest services and the front desk! We stayed January 27th–29, 2023.
